The Elizabeth Seton Residence is an outpatient rehabilitation facility in Wellesley that understands your particular rehabilitation needs. We offer customized therapy for those recovering from a recent illness, injury, or surgery.

We offer convenient appointments, ample parking and easy access. Our therapists specialize in working with patients who are 65 and older.

Our therapists use state of the art treatments including electrical stimulation, ultrasound, paraffin, biofeedback, splints, and adaptive devices. Whether you need just one type of therapy, or a coordinated program of rehabilitation care, our multidisciplinary team is here to help.

Our experienced team of therapists is dedicated to the care of those over 65. Our therapists work one-on-one with you giving you their undivided attention. That’s what distinguishes us from other therapy clinics. We also provide continuity of care for those who have received inpatient care from us in the past.We focus on helping you meet your individual goals to regain strength and maximize independence.


We accept Medicare, Medicaid, United Health Care, Harvard Pilgrim, Tufts Medicare Preferred TMP, and private pay.

Physical Therapy

Physical therapy treats balance, movement impairment, pain and strength or deconditioning problems

Occupational Therapy

Occupational therapy promotes independence in personal care, homemaking skills, and all activities of daily living

Speech Therapy

Speech therapy manages deficits in communication, memory, and swallowing
