- Identified as Top Performing Nursing Home nationally by US World & News Report. We were recently identified as a top performing skilled nursing facility in both Long Term Care and Short-Term Rehabilitation categories by US News and World Report, ranking us in the top 21% of facilities nationally. Facilities were considered “U.S. News Best Nursing Homes” if they were rated “high performing” in either Short-Term Rehabilitation or Long-Term Care.
