Charge Nurse (Sign On Bonus!)

We are seeking a few nurses to join our team – with a primary need for a part time nurse 11pm-7am, every weekend. 

Job Functions include:

  • Directing the functions of the nursing assistants.
  • Ensure that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the written policies and procedures of the facility.
  • Make written and oral reports/recommendations concerning the activities of your shift as required.
  • Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required.
  • Chart all reports of accident/incidents involving residents. Follow established procedures.
  • Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician.
  • Review residents charts for specific treatments, medication orders, diets, etc as necessary.
  • Implement and maintain established nursing objectives and standards.
  • Sign on bonus for full time hire.

Must have current Massachusetts RN or LPN license, in good standing. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are required. Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred, but compassionate nurses with enthusiasm for geriatrics will be considered. Must be fully COVID vaccinated including Booster (per DPH requirements).

Activities Coordinator 

We are seeking a hands-on energetic, caring and compassionate individual to join our team as a full time Activities Coordinator. Primary duties include:

  • Plan, design, implement and evaluate programs to enhance the resident experience
  • Provide meaningful 1:1 and group engagements. Work closely with team members to support
  • Observe resident attendance, mood, behavior and degree of involvement; note, report and document so Resident progress can be evaluated
  • Observe program changes, conditions, situations and make recommendations to the manager to ensure continued ability to provide daily programs
  • Interview Residents and families to learn past and present preferences, interests and recreation
  • Work with the team in planning goals and objectives in order to best provide person-centered care
  • Assist with facilitating volunteer opportunities
  • Assist in finding ways to motivate residents in verbal and non-verbal self expression in a safe and supportive environment for the individual to reach their fullest participation

Must have a high school diploma; college degree a plus. Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Prior experience working with elders is preferred. Alzheimer and Dementia programming is a plus. Must be fully vaccinated against Covid, including Booster.

QA/Infection Preventionist (sign on bonus!)

As our full time Quality Assurance/Infection Prevention Nurse, this individual is responsible to develop, implement and maintain our infection control program in accordance with current rules, regulations and guidelines. Primary objective is to ensure that the facility is in compliance with current CDC, OSHA, DPH and other local regulations concerning infection control or standard/universal precautions. Duties include evaluating clinical data to ensure the appropriate interventions, when identified as needed, are taken in a timely manner and that follow up is complete and timely. You will also create, edit, evaluate policies and procedures for effective program operation. As well as educate and provide training and in-services for all staff regarding quality assurance, infection control and prevention guidelines. Hours are Monday thru Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm.


  • Must have a Bachelors degree or higher.
  • Must have a current, valid license as a Registered Nurse by the MA Board of Registration in Nursing.
  • Certification in Infection Prevention and Control (CIC) is a must.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Infection Control for senior nursing facility preferred.
  • Must be fully vaccinated against Covid, including booster.

Director of Admissions

We are currently seeking a Director of Admissions to join our dynamic team.

The individual in this role will primarily be responsible for:

  • Coordination of admissions to the facility through generating referrals
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with area referral sources
  • Conducting tours of the facility for all outside interested parties
  • Process referrals by working with nursing team and other internal staff to ensure smooth transition into facility


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or other related field. Nursing degree a plus
  • Must have strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
  • Prior experience in Healthcare, specifically in the Long Term Care Industry
  • Experience working in admissions position in Skilled Nursing facility preferred

  • The TNA Program is a combination of classroom and hands-on learning
  • Once you complete the program: Get promoted to a CNA! Choose from 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift, full time or part time (minimum of 24 hours per week)

Position Summary: Trained Nursing Assistants function as a support to the Certified Nursing Assistants. They provide direct and indirect care to residents under the supervision of a nurse, support the CNA’s and perform other duties assigned by nurses and other clinical and administrative leadership. The Trained Nursing Assistants collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to maximize the quality of life for our residents.

Direct Resident Care Duties:

  • Primarily performs selected CNA tasks after training
  • Assist residents who are not on aspiration or swallowing risks during meals
  • Performs incontinent care in bed to residents who are able to move in bed
  • Makes occupied bed
  • Provides full or partial bed bath
  • Assists residents in dressing and personal hygiene
  • Assists CNAs during provision of with residents requiring 2-staff assistance except in mechanical transfer
  • Assists in getting weights
  • Performs all other CNA tasks after training
  • Performs other direct care duties normally assigned to CNAs, with training, as directed

Unit Secretary

We are seeking a full time Unit Secretary. The primary purpose is to assist the Unit Manager in their day-to-day recording and charting of medical or administrative information (in accordance with federal state and local regulations) to ensure our medical records are maintained in an informative and descriptive manner. Additionally, the individual in this position will provide some administrative support/assistance to the Human Resources department, primarily relating to staffing.

Job Duties include:

  • Coordinate resident appointments for diagnostic and therapeutic services, including working with families on confirming transportation and booking when needed
  • Assist in the admission, transfer and discharge of residents. Help with arranging transportation, packing residents belongings and escorting them to discharge/transfer area as needed
  • Help the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse in developing work assignments, schedules, etc as required
  • Review equipment and supplies for the units and coordinate ordering as needed
  • Post all job opportunities internally, on company website and recruiting websites
  • Assist with scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks and help with coordinating the collection of all new hire paperwork
  • Other administrative duties as needed


  • Must have a HS diploma
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong computer skills, particularly with MS Word and Excel
  • Must maintain confidentiality of all resident care information, including protected health information. Must also maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Part Time Receptionist

This is the perfect position for a college student or someone looking for part time hours!

We are seeking a Part Time Receptionist to work 3pm-8pm Wednesday thru Friday and 2pm-8pm every other weekend (20 hours week) OR every other weekend, 8am-3pm (8 hours week).

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Greets visitors immediately upon arrival
  • Professionally handles all phone calls and routes callers or answers questions in a timely and courteous manner
  • Greets all residents, associates, and visitors with a warm smile and pleasant tone of voice
  • Covid Screening Procedures – temperature taking, asking pre-screening questions for everyone entering the building and maintaining the log book with this information is also the responsibility of the receptionist.
  • Prior receptionist experience is preferred
  • Prior experience working in healthcare setting/senior living facility is preferred but not required
  • Availability to work weekdays (to cover vacation/sick days as needed) or work evenings during the week is a plus!
