Lori Ferrante, MBA, OT/L, LNHA

Lori has worked in healthcare for over 35 years with progressive responsibility in a variety of settings. She was appointed to her current role as Administrator for the Elizabeth Seton Residence in 2013.

Lori earned her MBA in Healthcare Administration from Boston University after receiving her Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from Quinnipiac College. She was recently awarded the Eli Pick Facility Leadership Award and is a graduate of the LeadingAge Massachusetts Leadership Academy. Lori is a member of the American College of Health Care Administrators.

Rosalba Dimonda, RN, CDONA/LTC

Director of Nursing Services

Rose brings over 30 years of nursing experience in both clinical and leadership positions to the Elizabeth Seton Residence, most of which has been gained in Long Term Care. She was appointed as Elizabeth Seton’s Director of Nursing in the Spring of 2017. Prior to working in Long Term Care, Rose was a staff nurse at Massachusetts General Hospital as well as Brigham and Women’s Hospital. Rose’s education includes matriculation from the Director of Nursing Program at Boston University’s School of Public Health, where she subsequently received certification from NADONNA in 1995 for Nursing Administration in Long Term Care.

Judy Coogan

Director of Development

Judy leads our efforts to secure philanthropic gifts and grants that will help advance the mission of the Elizabeth Seton Residence, its programs and initiatives. She holds a BA degree from Trinity College, Washington, DC. She began her career in fundraising working in corporate and foundation relations at New England Medical Center and has since held executive fundraising positions at McLean Hospital and for the Caritas Christi/Steward Health Care Systems. A passionate advocate for the role that donors can play in improving lives, Judy believes that the gift of giving is at the heart of all we do.

Lucy C. Paniszyn, MD

Medical Director, Elizabeth Seton Residence

Dr. Lucy Paniszyn is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Boston University and received her M.D. from the Boston University School of Medicine in 1981. She is currently the Assistant Chief of the Department of General Internal Medicine at Newton-Wellesley Hospital, a role she has held since 2014. Dr. Paniszyn has been recognized with numerous awards for Excellence in Primary Care Education in Medicine and serves on multiple hospital committees. Dr. Paniszyn is a member of the Massachusetts Medical Society, American College of Physicians, and the American Medical Directors Association. Dr. Paniszyn maintains a clinical practice at Newton-Wellesley Internists; P.C. where she has been a partner for over 30 years. She is available to see both sub-acute rehabilitation patients, and long term care residents.

Linda Liu, CNP

Certified Nurse Practitioner ANP-BC, GNP-BC

Linda has been the UnitedHealthcare Nurse Practitioner at the Elizabeth Seton Residence since 2010. Linda is certified as both an Adult and Geriatric Nurse Practitioner. She is a graduate of McGill University and Boston College. She earned a Doctorate of Nursing Practice at the MGH Institute of Health Professions and additionally holds Advanced Care Hospice/Palliative Nurse Certification.
