Our interdisciplinary team, consisting of your physician, nurses, social worker, chaplain, and activities coordinator, is committed to comforting your mind, body and spirit with a holistic approach to end of life care. We are prepared, experienced and able to meet the ever changing needs of those seeking palliative or end-of-life care. If desired, you may request that a local Hospice work collaboratively with our staff to further promote the best quality of life for those we serve. In these cases, we coordinate closely with the hospice provider of your choice to ensure the full team is consistent in honoring your wishes.
