The Elizabeth Seton Residence is simply different than other facilities

Our nurse case manager coordinates smooth transitions from hospital to rehabilitation to home, including pre-admission visits, and a goal-setting meeting upon admission to be sure we address all your concerns.

The Residence is a newly renovated, easily accessible, sunny facility. Situated in a scenic, suburban location with ample parking, the Residence is welcoming to residents and visitors alike. The facility is a sun-filled, friendly place with many welcoming areas for visiting or relaxing between therapy sessions. All rooms in the dedicated rehabilitation unit are private with bathroom, “smart” flat screen television, and telephone.

We provide person-centered care in our dedicated rehabilitation unit with consistent nursing assignments so you get to know your caregivers, and the staff knows your individual needs and preferences.

Spiritual and pastoral care are available to residents of all faiths

As a ministry of the Sisters of Charity (Halifax), it is important to us that spiritual and pastoral care are available to residents of all faiths. You have the opportunity to attend daily Mass in the Chapel or view it on television from the comfort of your room..
